Professional Experience: Vanessa brings over six years of recruiting experience to the Medworks team, including four years of full-cycle recruiting and more than two years as a Recruiting Coordinator. Her background spans the real estate industry, where she developed strong skills in talent acquisition, relationship building, and end-to-end hiring processes. Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, which supports her ability to adapt across industries and connect with diverse teams and candidates.

Vanessa was drawn to Medworks for its strong culture and the opportunity to continue growing both professionally and personally within an organization that values integrity, teamwork, and readiness.

Passions: Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with friends and her golden retriever, Kalani. She loves traveling and taking road trips, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and staying active through workout classes. She is also interested in becoming more consistently involved in community and charitable efforts as she settles into this next chapter.
