    About the Role


    The Territory Sales Manager – Service is responsible for hunting new business opportunities and aggressively developing territory market share across Medworks’ service offerings. This field-based sales role emphasizes prospecting, competitive displacement, and anchor account expansion. The ideal candidate is a driven, self-starting professional who thrives in clinical environments, can confidently deliver ROI based discussions with healthcare decision-makers, and is motivated by winning new opportunities and growing utilization across hospitals and surgery centers.


    Key Responsibilities


    Meet or exceed assigned revenue growth targets through new service agreements and territory expansion.

    Execute a high volume of prospecting activities: cold outreach, physician referrals, networking, and trade shows.

    Identify, target, and convert competitor accounts into Medworks service agreements.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to maximize coverage and capture anchor accounts.

    Build executive-level relationships with physicians, C-Suite, and OR staff to drive adoption and long-term growth.

    Deliver ROI/value-based presentations that highlight financial and clinical benefits of Medworks’ services.

    Track and manage pipeline, forecasts, and competitive intel within CRM.

    Represent Medworks at regional and national industry events.

    Required Qualifications


    3+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in MedTech or healthcare services.

    Demonstrated success in territory development and new account acquisition.

    Strong ability to initiate conversations with new prospects and move deals through long sales cycles.

    What You’ll Do




    IT Support & Systems Administration


    Provide timely Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues.

    Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related systems.

    Monitor service level agreements with third party IT vendors and report to Leader any deficiencies or recommendations to modify scope of services in future contracting.

    Oversee the lifecycle of laptops, mobile devices, and IT equipment, including setup, imaging, distribution, and maintenance.

    Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including access provisioning and device preparation.

    Maintain IT documentation, processes, and best practices.

    Ensure IT security standards, backups, and troubleshooting practices are consistently followed.



    Salesforce Administration


    Serve as Medworks’ primary Salesforce Administrator.

    Create, update, and optimize Salesforce workflows, automations, validation rules, page layouts, and fields.

    Manage user profiles, permissions, roles, security, and data integrity.

    Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales and Leadership.

    Support and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations with systems such as Power BI and operational platforms.

    Partner with Sales Leadership to improve CRM usability and process efficiency.



    Power BI Reporting & Insights


    Build, maintain, and refine Power BI dashboards used by Leadership, Operations, and Sales.

    Clean, transform, and model data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and usability.

    Create clear, visually intuitive dashboards that support operational decision-making.

    Work directly with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop meaningful insights.



    What We’re Looking For




    Education & Experience


    5–8 years of IT administration or related experience.

    Salesforce Administration experience required (Salesforce Admin certification preferred).

    Strong experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.

    Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD/Entra, device management, and general IT troubleshooting.

    As a Surgical Technologist, you will travel throughout the greater Seattle region and may be asked to travel overnight to other regions, including Montana, as needed.
