About the Role
The Territory Sales Manager – Service is responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding market presence across Medworks’ service offerings within the assigned territory. This field-based role focuses on new account development, territory growth, and long-term partner relationships across hospitals and surgery centers.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-directed sales professional who is comfortable in clinical environments, can lead value-based discussions with healthcare decision-makers, and enjoys building new opportunities from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue growth targets through new service agreements and territory expansion
- Execute consistent prospecting activities, including outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
- Identify and convert competitive accounts into Medworks service partnerships
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to maximize coverage and account penetration
- Build strong relationships with physicians, executive leadership, and operating room teams
- Deliver value-based presentations highlighting financial and clinical benefits
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasts, and account activity in CRM
- Represent Medworks at regional and national industry events
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in medical device, healthcare services, or a related field
- Proven success in territory development and new account acquisition

About the Role
Medworks is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead and optimize the technology platforms that support our multi-state organization. This role owns our core business systems, including Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft 365, and serves as a strategic partner, ensuring these tools are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
You will oversee system governance, process optimization, integrations, and data accuracy while managing day-to-day administration of business systems and coordinating IT support efforts.
What You’ll Do
Business Systems Leadership
- Own the strategy, administration, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and related business applications
- Identify and implement system improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and usability
- Establish system governance, documentation standards, workflows, and best practices
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and technologies to support growth
Salesforce Administration
- Serve as Medworks’ primary Salesforce Administrator and subject matter expert

- Partner with Sales Leadership to improve CRM usability, reporting, and process alignment
- Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, Power BI, and operational platforms
Power BI Reporting & Data Insights

What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience

Medworks is hiring a Regional Service Manager to provide elevated leadership, operational oversight, and field support across our West Region, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications
- Multi-site or regional management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the West Region (including overnight travel).
- Understanding of basic operating room protocols.
- Experience in urology is helpful but not required.

About the Role
Medworks is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support surgical procedures across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers in the greater Fredericksburg, VA, area.
This is a mobile, field-based role requiring travel between healthcare facilities. The Surgical Technologist works closely with surgical teams to prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile technique, and assist during procedures to support safe and efficient patient care.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Operative
- Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure proper setup based on scheduled procedures
Intra-Operative
- Maintain a sterile field and follow aseptic technique standards
- Anticipate the surgeon's needs and pass instruments efficiently
- Operate and monitor specialty surgical equipment, including lasers
- Support surgical team workflow and patient safety
Post-Operative
- Assist with room turnover, cleaning, and restocking
- Complete required documentation and accurately track equipment usage
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential (NBSTSA or equivalent accredited organization)
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile technique
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of surgical technologist experience
