Virginia: Territory Sales Manager
About the role:
Location: Candidates should reside in Northern VA, Maryland, or Washington, DC, or be willing to relocate, with easy access to a major airport.
Compensation: Competitive base salary range of $85,000-$105,000 (includes monthly guarantee) with OTE $170K-$225K.
About the Role
The Territory Sales Manager – Service is responsible for hunting new business opportunities and aggressively developing territory market share across Medworks’ service offerings. This field-based sales role emphasizes prospecting, competitive displacement, and anchor account expansion. The ideal candidate is a driven, self-starting professional who thrives in clinical environments, can confidently deliver ROI based discussions with healthcare decision-makers, and is motivated by winning new opportunities and growing utilization across hospitals and surgery centers.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned revenue growth targets through new service agreements and territory expansion.
Execute a high volume of prospecting activities: cold outreach, physician referrals, networking, and trade shows.
Identify, target, and convert competitor accounts into Medworks service agreements.
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to maximize coverage and capture anchor accounts.
Build executive-level relationships with physicians, C-Suite, and OR staff to drive adoption and long-term growth.
Deliver ROI/value-based presentations that highlight financial and clinical benefits of Medworks’ services.
Track and manage pipeline, forecasts, and competitive intel within CRM.
Represent Medworks at regional and national industry events.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in MedTech or healthcare services.
Demonstrated success in territory development and new account acquisition.
Strong ability to initiate conversations with new prospects and move deals through long sales cycles.
Key Skills
Prospecting discipline and hunter mentality.
Strong verbal and written communication with both clinical and administrative stakeholders.
Strategic territory planning with measurable execution.
Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
Travel & Work Requirements
Up to 80% travel within assigned territory, including an average of 2+ overnights per week, with occasional national travel.

Williamsburg VA: Surgical Assistant
About the Role
Medworks is hiring a Surgical First Assistant to join our surgical support team serving hospitals and surgery centers across Central and Eastern Virginia – including Charlottesville, Richmond, and the Tidewater area. In this mobile, hands-on role, you’ll travel between client sites and work alongside fellow Medworks teammates and surgical staff to assist surgeons during procedures and ensure that every case runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
You’ll play an essential role in the operating room—helping with patient positioning and draping, maintaining the sterile field, and providing direct assistance to the surgeon throughout each procedure. Whether you’re suturing, cauterizing, retracting, or supporting the surgical team in maintaining a laser-safe and aseptic environment, you’ll be making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and surgical success.
What You’ll Do
Prepare the operating room by setting up sterile instruments, surgical equipment, and supplies.
Assist with patient positioning, draping, and maintaining a sterile field.
Anticipate surgeon needs and provide direct intraoperative assistance, including suturing, cauterizing, and retracting.
Operate and support Medworks’ specialty surgical and laser equipment during procedures.
Ensure adherence to aseptic and infection control standards.
Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and surgical staff to promote teamwork and efficiency.
Assist with post-procedure clean-up, restocking, and maintaining equipment readiness.
Accurately document case details and equipment usage in accordance with Medworks standards.
What We’re Looking For
Certification Required: Active Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA), Certified First Assistant (CFA), Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA), or Surgical Assistant-Certified (SA-C) credential through an accredited body. Applications without certification will not be considered.

In-depth knowledge of surgical instrumentation, anatomy, and aseptic technique.

About the Role
Medworks is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead and optimize the technology platforms that support our multi-state organization. This role owns our core business systems—including Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft 365—and serves as a strategic partner ensuring these tools are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
You will oversee system governance, process optimization, integrations, and data accuracy while managing day-to-day administration of business systems and coordinating IT support efforts.
What You’ll Do
Business Systems Leadership
Own the strategy, administration, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and related business applications
Identify and implement system improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and usability
Establish system governance, documentation standards, workflows, and best practices
Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and technologies to support growth
Salesforce Administration
Serve as Medworks’ primary Salesforce Administrator and subject matter expert
Configure automations, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom objects
Manage users, roles, permissions, and overall data integrity
Partner with Sales Leadership to improve CRM usability, reporting, and process alignment
Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, Power BI, and operational platforms
Power BI Reporting & Data Insights
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Leadership, Sales, and Operations
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable reporting and insights
Ensure data quality through effective modeling and transformation
Support cross-functional decision-making with proactive analysis
Technology Coordination & IT Oversight
Oversee Tier 1–2 IT support processes (internally or through vendor partners)
Manage third-party IT vendors and service-level expectations
Oversee device lifecycle management, including setup, deployment, and maintenance
Support onboarding and offboarding related to system access and devices
Promote consistent IT security practices, backups, and system hygiene
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
2+ years of experience in business systems management, IT systems administration, or a similar role
Strong Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification preferred)
Hands-on Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development
Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, and device management tools
Demonstrated success improving workflows through technology and automation
Skills & Attributes
Strong communicator able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Analytical problem-solver who translates business needs into system solutions
Highly organized with strong documentation and governance discipline
Able to balance project-based work with operational support
Comfortable working independently and making technical recommendations

Seattle WA: Regional Service Manager
About the Role
Medworks is hiring a Regional Service Manager to provide elevated leadership, operational oversight, and field support across our West Region, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic field environment.
While this position is not a clinical role, the Regional Service Manager must have the operational awareness and working knowledge necessary to support case coverage when needed. You’ll be a key partner to the VP of Operations, helping guide field teams, improving operational efficiency, supporting credentialing compliance, strengthening relationships with accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a multistate region.

What You’ll Do
Provide day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical support for assigned region(s).
Partner with the VP of Operations to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and workflow improvement.
Lead and support recruitment and retention efforts for key field-based roles.
Train, coach, and evaluate service team members on an ongoing basis.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with accounts, surgeons, and business partners.
Support the implementation of company initiatives and regional performance goals.
Monitor and maintain credentialing compliance for regional team members.
Respond quickly and professionally to service issues, ensuring a concierge-level customer experience.
Manage team schedules, payroll functions, and monitor overtime.
Ensure compliance with Medworks policies, facility expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing support for service, satisfaction, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Multi-site or regional management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the West Region (including overnight travel).
Understanding of basic operating room protocols.
Experience in urology is helpful but not required.

You’ll play an essential role in the operating room—ensuring that every case proceeds safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Whether you’re preparing sterile instruments, assisting surgical teams, operating Medworks equipment, or helping maintain a laser-safe and aseptic environment, you’ll be making a real difference in surgical outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Prepare operating rooms by setting up sterile instruments, surgical equipment, and supplies.
Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures and pass instruments efficiently.
Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards throughout surgeries.
Operate and monitor Medworks rental lasers and other specialty surgical equipment.
Communicate clearly with surgical teams and act as a liaison for client preferences.
Assist with post-procedure clean-up, restocking, and maintaining operational readiness.
Complete documentation and track equipment usage and case details accurately.
What We’re Looking For
Certification Required: Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through NBSTSA or equivalent accredited body. Applications without certification will not be considered.
