Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned revenue growth targets through new service agreements and territory expansion.

Medworks is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our surgical support team serving hospitals and surgery centers throughout the greater Christiansburg, VA area. In this mobile, hands-on role, you’ll travel between client sites to support surgical teams and operate specialty surgical equipment during procedures.
You’ll play a critical role in the operating room, helping ensure each case proceeds safely, efficiently, and smoothly. From preparing sterile instruments to supporting surgical teams and operating Medworks equipment, your work directly contributes to positive patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
Equipment Setup, Operation, and Technical Support
· Install, set up, and test medical lasers and equipment prior to surgical procedures
· Operate Medworks-owned equipment during procedures to ensure safe and effective use

Tidewater Region VA: CST/Logistics Coordinator
In this vital, fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate the delivery and setup of surgical equipment, train hospital staff on its proper use, and support operating room teams with critical equipment knowledge.
Whether you're loading equipment for transport, training clinical staff, or resolving a last-minute issue before a procedure, you’ll be helping to ensure surgeries run smoothly and patients get the best possible care.
What You’ll Do
Plan, deliver, and retrieve surgical equipment across the Tidewater region

About the Role
The Accounting Assistant & Invoice Clerk plays a key role in supporting Medworks’ day-to-day financial operations, with a primary focus on invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and accurate financial recordkeeping. What You’ll Do:
Invoicing and Billing
• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Seattle WA: Territory Sales Manager
Territory Sales Manager – Equipment (PNW)
About the Role
Medworks is growing and we are looking for a driven, high-performing Territory Sales Manager to expand our presence across capital, instrumentation and disposable sales. This is a hunter-driven role where you will be expected to win new business, displace competitors, and build long-term partnerships with hospitals, surgery centers, and physician groups. You will also manage and grow existing accounts.

Territory: Pacific Northwest (WA, MT, ID, AK) – Majority of your time will be spent in WA/MT.
Compensation
· Base plus Guarantee: $120,000
· On Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000 (before bonus)
· Uncapped Commission
· Top Performers: $180,000 to $250,000+
What You Will Do
· Drive revenue through capital and disposable sales
· Prospect aggressively and convert competitor accounts
· Build strong relationships with physicians, OR staff, administrators, and executives
· Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
· Deliver ROI-driven, value-based presentations
· Provide hands-on product and procedural support
· Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity within CRM
What We Are Looking For
· 3 plus years of sales experience preferably in med device, surgical, or healthcare (Urology experience a plus!)
· Proven track record of new business development and territory growth
· Strong ability to close deals within long, complex sales cycles
· Excellent communication skills across clinical and administrative stakeholders
· Highly organized with strong CRM discipline
· Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven hunter mindset
Requirements
· Based within 50 miles of a major metro area with airport access
· Willingness to travel frequently including regional driving and air travel
· Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Flexibility to support procedural schedules
Travel Expectations
· 80% travel within the territory
· Minimum 2 overnight stays per week in the field
· Majority of time spent in Washington and Montana
