Professional Experience: Ty joined Medworks with a strong background in retail management, previously serving as General Manager for Southern Sporting Goods. Driven by a desire for growth and continuous development, he sought a career that is both engaging and challenging—making Medworks a natural fit. Ty embraces GRIT as “sticking with it even when things get tough,” a mindset that guides his work ethic and resilience. He attended Germanna Community College and Liberty University and is proficient in Spanish.

Passions: Ty places a high value on meaningful relationships and is deeply passionate about his faith, family, and friendships. He also supports the mission of International Justice Mission. His ability to speak Spanish further reflects his interest in connecting with and serving diverse communities.
