Personality: Easygoing, thoughtful, and approachable, Steven is known for being a great listener who values understanding and connection. Others describe him as cool, calm, and collected, bringing a steady presence and positive attitude to both customers and teammates.

Professional Experience: Steven brings a strong background in leadership, customer service, and team development. He began his career with Starbucks Coffee, where he spent four years as a Shift Supervisor. During that time, he embraced the principles of servant leadership, helping build high-performing teams, developing employees, and enhancing the customer experience.

Steven later joined Stryker as a Service Associate, where he spent more than two years helping develop a growing service field while providing world-class support to healthcare customers. His commitment to both people and performance led to a promotion to Regional Service Supervisor, overseeing a territory that stretched from Anchorage to Fresno, Reno, and Boise. In this role, he led a team of 13 Service Associates and supported more than 100 customers, focusing on building a strong team culture while ensuring every customer felt heard, valued, and supported.

Throughout his career, Steven has been driven by a passion for people. He believes strongly in servant leadership, leading with empathy, listening to understand, and helping others succeed while upholding shared values and accountability. Steven was drawn to Medworks because of its culture. He believes a strong culture is the foundation of a successful workplace, and from the moment he walked through the doors, he felt at home.

Passions: Outside of work, Steven enjoys playing the bagpipes, spending time with his dog, Piper, and connecting with friends. He also enjoys cooking, caring for plants, and listening to his record collection. These hobbies reflect his appreciation for creativity, lifelong learning, and meaningful experiences.
