Professional Experience: Stephanie brings over 13 years of experience in the surgical field, supporting physicians across a wide range of specialties and complex procedures. She has developed strong expertise in surgical instrumentation, sterile technique, case preparation, and physician support, along with inventory and logistics coordination. Stephanie is CPR certified and highly skilled at managing high-pressure environments with precision and attention to detail.

Stephanie was drawn to Medworks because of its commitment to excellence, teamwork, and growth. She was excited by the opportunity to combine her clinical expertise with logistics and operations while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patient care and physician support.

Passions: Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and caring for and training her dogs. She is passionate about personal growth and creating a balanced, fulfilling life.
