Professional Experience: Ruslan is a Certified Surgical Technologist with over eight years of operating room experience. He is a registered Surgical Technologist in the state of Virginia and holds national certification through the NBSTSA. His clinical background spans a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, and first assist experience. Ruslan has also completed robotic surgery training using the da Vinci system, further expanding his technical skill set and readiness in advanced surgical environments.

Ruslan was drawn to Medworks for the opportunity to continue learning and growing within a team-oriented organization that prioritizes quality patient care while supporting employee development.

Passions: Outside of work, Ruslan enjoys staying active through soccer, whether playing with friends or simply kicking the ball around with his kids. He values time spent with family and appreciates opportunities to stay connected to his community, having participated in volunteer and community service efforts in the past.
