Her favorite quote is from Christian scriptures and illustrates this motivation for moving her passion forward: "If God is for me, then who could be against me?" Nathalie takes her health and fitness journey seriously by running three days a week and in the gym 3-4 times a week. She loves her church, reading, discovering good food, and truly living life to the fullest. Her community involvement includes outreach through her church. Nathalie is continually looking for opportunities to do more, especially using her experience in mentoring and leadership.

When asked about GRIT, Nathalie puts herself to the test by asking herself these questions: How am I willing to prepare? How am I willing to show up and do the best I can to make the room better? How can I grow and learn more to show up better? How can I be a better team player and help the team? These are great questions and reminders for bringing her best self to each area of her life.
