Personality: Reliable, hardworking, supportive, and loyal, Montesa is known for her steady presence and dedication to those around her. While naturally reserved, she brings intelligence, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset to every environment, earning the trust and respect of colleagues throughout her career.

Professional Experience: Montesa brings nearly three decades of clinical experience to Medworks, including 18 years as an Orthopedic Surgical Technologist and 10 years as a Labor and Delivery Technician. Her extensive background has provided her with a strong foundation in patient care, surgical support, adaptability, and collaboration across diverse healthcare settings.



A graduate of Reynolds Community College, Montesa is a Licensed Surgical Technologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her years of hands-on operating room experience, combined with her interest in medical technology, make her a valuable resource for surgical teams and healthcare partners alike.

Montesa was drawn to Medworks because of the opportunity to leverage her extensive OR experience while working within a close-knit culture that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Passions: Outside of work, Montesa enjoys Pilates, reading, listening to Audible books, and pursuing personal growth opportunities. She is passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement, both personally and professionally. She also has an interest in community service and is particularly inspired by the missions of Little Hands Virginia and CancerLINC.
