In past newsletters we have mentioned the rapid growth phase Medworks is currently experiencing. This month's newsletter gives us the opportunity to update you on measures that are taking place in the background designed to support our expanding footprint. As Medworks continues this growth, it has become essential to reinforce the structure of our operations. These changes will provide us with a better foundation to support our expanding customer base and ensure operational excellence.

In line with this objective, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Adrianne Shelton to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Adrianne has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of our business operations. Her promotion will enable us to leverage her expertise and efficiency in implementing strategic initiatives.

Additionally, we have recently recruited Julie Amos as our new vice president of operations. Julie brings a wealth of experience in streamlining processes and optimizing performance within high growth organizations. With her guidance, we are confident that we will further enhance our operational capabilities.

This restructuring not only strengthens our leadership team but also opens up new opportunities for other key individuals within the organization.
