Personality: Thoughtful, considerate, passionate, and relentless, Louie is known for his determination, strong sense of integrity, and commitment to those around him. He approaches challenges with perseverance and purpose, always striving to improve himself while remaining a dependable teammate and trusted colleague.
 
Professional Experience: Louie brings a diverse background in athletics, operations, logistics, and management to Medworks. His professional journey began as a professional rugby player, where he developed discipline, resilience, and a competitive drive that continues to influence his approach to work today. He also spent eight years in the wine industry, gaining experience in production, distribution, sales, management, and retail operations.

Louie earned his Bachelor's degree in Operations Management with a minor in Accounting from Western Washington University. Most recently, he served as a Warehouse Manager for a distribution company in Washington, where he developed expertise in logistics, operations, and team leadership. He also worked for Lynden Inc., managing freight transportation to Alaska and Hawaii, further strengthening his supply chain and logistics experience. Louie believes his background in managing complex operational transitions translates seamlessly to his role at Medworks.
 
Louie was drawn to Medworks because of its people. He immediately recognized the culture of mutual respect throughout the organization and was impressed by the welcoming, collaborative environment created by the team.
 
Passions: Outside of work, Louie is passionate about his family, gardening, and rugby. He enjoys giving back to his community by supporting his local Little Free Pantry and volunteering as a coach for underserved youth whenever opportunities arise. Helping others grow and succeed is something he finds especially rewarding.

To Louie, grit means constantly working to improve oneself, being prepared for whatever challenges arise, doing the right thing even when it is difficult, and always showing up for your team. He believes that continuous growth, readiness, integrity, and teamwork are essential qualities for both personal success and building strong organizations.
