Personality: Introverted extrovert, conversant, funny 

Professional Experience: With her LSFA, CSFA, and ST certifications, Katrina has worked in the healthcare industry for 18 years as a Scrub Tech, 5 years of that as a Surgical Assistant. She is an Army trained Surgical Tech with an AS in Health Sciences focusing on Surgical Assisting. Currently, Katrina is pursuing her BS in Data Analytics with an emphasis on healthcare. 

Katrina was drawn to Medworks by its people and their passion for the work that they do. She is also motivated by the company's values, especially "integrity." For. her, doing the right thing even when no one is looking, is a familiar value that was consistently reinforced throughout her military career.

Passions: Outside of work, Katrina enjoys cooking. Using social media as her source, Katrina searches to find and collect recipes, and then enjoys trying out the new dishes. Her next culinary goal is to tackle baking! 

As a Staff Sergeant in the Army Reserves, Katrina spends time in Honduras performing various medical missions and volunteer work.
