Personality: Outgoing, personable and professional, 'straight-shooter' but respectful.

Professional Experience: With over 25 years invested in Dental Service Organizations, Julie's strengths lie in operational planning and execution. Her style is a practical, solutions-based leadership approach. She is committed to building a collaborative workplace both in the field supporting day-to-day operations as well as across all interdepartmental leadership. She joins Medworks with a desire to use her experience within a company where positive culture and ethics are at the forefront of business development.

Before coming to Medworks, Julie held the position of VP of Operations at Spark Dental Management. She received her BS in Industrial/Organizational Development from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA

Passions: Julie is passionate about spending time with her family, reading, and gardening. She is an avid fan of all Pittsburgh sports, but her heart is on the field with the New Kent High School Trojans during football season, watching her son coach. Additionally, Julie advocates for children in underserved communities, especially facilitating access to pediatric dental care.
