How do we do this?


First, facilities inform us of a needed repair by sending us the repair item number and serial number. We handle the rest! Upon receiving your PO, we initiate the return, customize the solution, and provide loaners when needed. We will pick up your repair as well as cover all packaging and shipping costs for returning the equipment to the manufacturer.

 

Can’t wait for the return?


No worries, we have you covered! According to Susan, "We will provide you with loaners if you need them." There is no rental fee for any loaner equipment.

The hassle of requesting a Return Authorization, waiting for it to arrive, and then printing copies would take a considerable amount of time. You do not have to worry about tracking your shipment since there is no need for you to ship anything. When your equipment breaks down, you do not have to take it to a shipping point - it can stay there until it is picked up by one of our reps, reducing the potential for equipment loss. In addition, there is no worry about the rising cost of shipping since you do not have to return it to the manufacturer for repair.
