Professional Experience: Annmarie brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, with a deep background in orthopedic trauma and Urgent Care. She spent two decades as a Certified Medical Assistant, building a strong clinical foundation before advancing into leadership roles. Annmarie was promoted from Back Office Supervisor to Clinical Manager, where she oversaw daily clinic operations, supported clinical staff, and helped drive efficiency and accountability. Her leadership experience includes relocating to Seattle to help organize and streamline operations for an Urgent Care clinic during a period of growth and transition.
More recently, Annmarie achieved her Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through the NBSTSA, complementing her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree and expanding her hands-on surgical expertise.
Annmarie was drawn to Medworks by the company’s humble beginnings, thoughtful growth, and mission of “Making the Room Better,” which strongly aligns with her commitment to consistency, accountability, and teamwork.
Passions: Outside of work, Annmarie values her family and home life above all else. She enjoys staying active through sports, including golf and disc golf, and appreciates spending time outdoors. She is actively involved in her community through her son’s school, Gonzaga Preparatory High School, where she volunteers in food and clothing drives, fundraisers, and school-led community service initiatives.
